The mission of the Elizabeth M. Fisher Memorial Library at Belmont Senior Secondary School is to teach students to be effective users of information, to help students and staff find an appropriate balance between electronic and printed resources in order to successfully complete the prescribed learning outcomes, and to encourage and prepare students to be life-long learners and productive 21st century citizens.
